If we are unable to assess a Monthly Account Maintenance Fee at the time it is due because your Card Account balance is less than the fee amount being assessed or $0.00, we will collect the greater of your outstanding fee balance or one (1) previous Monthly Account Maintenance Fee from your next value load. The Monthly Account Maintenance Fee for the current month will continue to be assessed as scheduled. If your Card Account balance is $0.00 and you don’t load money to your Card for three (3) months, your Card Account may be closed.
